Not worth the money

Pros: Cheap Cons: Get rusty
I purchased this set from ROSS, so at least I did not pay a lot of money for it. The blades ate sharp so that's a plus but soon they start having those dots on them so for sure it's not steel otherwise why are they getting rusty?
The ones that rusted are the steak knives, I am not sure if they are made of a different material than the others but they are the only ones which rusted.
